1 ozLight Rum
1 ozPort
Juice of 1/2Lemon
1 tspPowdered Sugar
1Egg White
Carbonated Water
Instructions
Shake all ingredients (except Carbonated Water) with ice and strain into a Highball over two ice cubes. Fill with Carbonated Water, stir, and serve.
